For a skyline high-rise in a central location, look at Sky at 605 West 42nd Street, a 71-story Midtown West tower by Rockwell Group with a 70,000 square foot Life Time Athletic club, and The Marc at 260 West 54th Street near Central Park and Columbus Circle. Downtown, 7 Platt and Aria in the Financial District and One West in Battery Park offer full-service towers close to the subway and the waterfront. All are leased by Aura New York.
Book online from any building or apartment page, or from our Tour / Apply page. You pick a time and get an instant confirmation, and Saturday tours are available at select buildings, including Sky and The Marc.
Applications are fully digital and can be completed from any phone or computer through each building's online portal. Start from the Apply button on the apartment or building page, and most applications are decided within days.
We lease studios through four-bedroom apartments, plus penthouses, duplexes, and full-floor homes. The mix ranges from amenity-rich doorman towers to renovated boutique townhouses with a single apartment per floor.
Sky includes a Life Time Athletic club with a pool, One West has an on-site Life Time studio, 17 Battery includes a Life Time membership, and 7 Platt has a full fitness club with a climbing wall. Sky, The Marc, One West, 17 Battery, 7 Platt, and Aria all have a 24-hour concierge. Each building page lists its full amenities.
17 Battery, 144 Waverly, and 410 West 47th have a washer and dryer in every apartment, and Sky offers in-unit laundry. Other buildings list their laundry setup on the building page.
Photos show the actual apartment or a similar apartment in the same building, and some are virtually staged to show how a space can be furnished. Every unit page notes this, and a tour is the best way to see the exact home.
